We probably take getting a new pair of shoes for granted, but for asylum seekers living on just over £5 a day it’s a budget-busting purchase.
Shoes and socks are reported as something a lot of the people we support are lacking at the moment. And as the weather starts to get colder, a sturdy pair of trainers and some fresh socks are essential.
So it’d be fantastic if you could donate any of the following items:
- new/lightly worn trainers, sizes 8-12
- new packs of socks, sizes 8-12
