We will aim to contact you within five working days to acknowledge that the complaint is being dealt with. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 20 working days, though we hope in most cases this would be much sooner.
We hope to resolve your concerns fully. However, if your complaint relates to fundraising and you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer it to the Fundraising Regulator within two months:
